Hann Pang Will Be the President of Thermo Fisher China

Thermo Fisher Scientific recently announced that Hann Pang, the current vice president of business operations in China, will take over as the president of Thermo Fisher China. The current president of China Tony Acciarito will be promoted to the position of president of Thermo Fisher Asia Pacific and Japan. The appointment will take effect on January 1, 2021.

Hann Pang, The Current Vice President of Business Operations in Thermo Fisher China


Hann Pang was born in Singapore and currently lives with his family in Shanghai, China. He holds an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Marketing from Monash University, Australia. 


He joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2012 and was the Managing Director of Thermo Fisher Scientific Taiwan. During his tenure, he has held a number of senior leadership positions, including Vice President & General Manager of Thermo Fishery Southeast Asia and Taiwan and Vice President & General Manager of Chemical Analysis in Asia Pacific. During his tenure as vice president of business operations in China, he led the business operations team in China to formulate and implement business expansion strategies for multiple business areas, combined with the country's overall strategic priorities, and promote long-term sustainable business development.¡¡
