Shanghai Academy of Experimental Medicine (SAEM) held the opening ceremony at the conference room of Shanghai Tomorrow Square in Nov. 18th, 2020. The Academy will bring its superiority into full play of systems and strengthen the weakness on high-tech area performing the chairman responsibility system. The Academy integrated eight aspects of politics, industry, study, research, medicine and capital into one system focusing on Wall Breakthrough.
