In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the applicants, CFDA drafted the Measures for the Administration of the Examination and Approval of the Confidentiality of Medicine and Medicinal Devices (Draft for Soliciting Opinions) ". Now is seeking opinions from the society. The relevant units and social people from all walks of life can bring forward their opinions by the following three ways before 12th January:
