Recently, Sysmex and Shanghai Pinnacles Medical Technology Co., Ltd. reached a strategic cooperation. Through Sysmex's mature channel network, this cooperation brings the combination of Pinnacles’s KunLun series high-speed biochemical analyser and its assembly line and Sysmex product to the market. In the future, the two parties will utilise their respective advantages to integrate resources and improve product layout. The cooperation on the overall solution of biochemical immune diagnosis will be promoted to meet increasing clinical demand for high-speed biochemical analysers and intelligent diagnostics.

As a basic clinical diagnostic project, biochemistry has been highly mature in clinical application. However, in the context of clinical needs and centralised procurement policies, China is in a period of opportunity to upgrade from medium-speed biochemical analysers to high-speed biochemical analysers. The high-speed biochemical analysers has multiple highlights such as faster speed, efficient system operation and accurate results. With the continuous advancement of centralised procurement, the high-speed biochemical analysers meets the needs of public hospitals for cost reduction and efficiency promotion. The data shows that the compound annual growth rate of my country's domestic high-speed biochemical instruments is more than 10%. The high-speed biochemical analysers and its assembly lines have became new trends in the Chinese IVD market.
