On June 7, the launch event of the third new construction projects in Shenzhen in 2022 was held at the Mindray Longhua Science and Technology Industrial Park. As one of the core development projects, the construction of Mindray Long Hua Technology Industrial Park, the global supply chain headquarters base, was officially launched.

 

As the Group's global supply chain headquarters base, Longhua Science and Technology Industrial Park will play the role of a regional leader and achieve directional planning in the supply chain business and production capacity, warehousing and logistics, IT systems and other aspects, through the visualization platform to complete the company's multi-base supply and demand matching and resource planning, global warehouse network scheduling, integrated operations and other management work, so that Mindray products "accelerate "to reach users around the world and accelerate the pace of the Group's global development.

 

In 2022, Mindray upgraded its global supply chain layout. Currently, there are five manufacturing bases located in Shenzhen (Guangming Base and Longhua Base), Nanjing, Wuhan and Dangshan. Among them, the Longhua base has a land area of about 128,000 square meters, with a total investment of CNY 2.2 billion, and will carry more than 60% of the company's supply chain capacity upon completion.

On June 6, the launch ceremony of the POCT industrial base of Biotime was successfully held.

 

The Biotime POCT industrial base is located in Haicang District, Xiamen, covering a total area of 86,000 square meters, with a planned construction area of 260,000 square meters and a total investment of approximately CNY 1.2 billion. The annual output value of Biotime POCT industrial base is expected to exceed CNY 2 billion after it is put into operation, which will further enhance the product development capability, improve the scale output benefit, build an ecosystem for industrial development and achieve economic and social benefits.

The construction of Nanomicro R&D Bases

On May 27, the launch ceremony for the R&D base was held. With the expanding market demand and the development of the company, the company has formed many new technology and product research and development needs, the current built premises cannot meet the needs of further research and development work, the company decided to build a research and development centre building, with a total construction area of 29,272 square meters.
