CAIVD Experimental Medicine Expert Committee was founded on the first floor of the multi-function hall in Hangzhou International Expo Center on October 22, 2016.

The congress was chaired by Wang Hualiang, chairman of CAIVD. He first introduced the honored guests, and then announced the beginning of the convention.

Minister Jia Jianping read out the approval of establishment of CAIVD Experimental Medicine Expert Committee.

Secretary general of Expert Committee, Mr.Song Haibo introduced the preparatory situation of CAIVD Experimental Medicine Expert Committee.

Then it comes to election stage. It’s hosted by Jia Jianpign.

The congress first announced the election method, and then introduced the name list of general scrutineer, scrutineers and tellers 

The congress issue certificates to the directors of CAIVD Experimental Medicine Expert Committee.

Vice Chairman of National Association of Health Industry and Enterprise Management, Mr. Wu Yupu issued certificate to Mr. Wang Hualiang.

Mr. Wu Yupu, Mr. Wang Hualiang and Mr. Songhaibo issued certificates to vice directors of Expert Committee.

Mr. Wang Hualiang issued certificate to secretary general Mr. Song Haibo.

Director Wang Hualiang delivered an acceptance speech. 

Vice Chairman of National Association of Health Industry and Enterprise Management, Mr. Wu Yupu delivered an important speech on the realization of the great Chinese dream.
