May 17, 2013, the council meeting of National Association of Health Industry and Enterprise Management Chinese Association for Clinical Laboratory Provider was held in Huangshan Yijing Junlai Hotel, this meeting's issues were about the related business of The First Laboratory Medicine And Blood Transfusion Industry Expert Forum. The host of the meeting is Song Haibo (duty vice-chairman, secretary general of National Association of Health Industry and Enterprise Management Chinese Association for Clinical Laboratory Provider). Zhang Zhaoyuan (duty vice -chairman), Zhu Yaoyi (duty vie-chairman), Li Wenmei (vice chairman), Lian Xinting (vice chairman),Yang Zengli, Xu Jianxin (vice chairman), Dong Tongyi (vice chaiman), Luo Yiming (vice secretary general) and Luan Aiqun (vice secretary general) attended the meeting.

  The meeting elected honorary president, president, executive president, vice president of The First Laboratory Medicine and Blood Transfusion Industry Expert Forum that will be hold during the 11th Expo in next march. According to the agreement of the participators, it is decided that Cong Yulong, Zhang Zhaoyuan and Gao Shangxian will be the honorary president of the 1st forum, Zhu Yaoyi will be the president. Li Wenmei, Lian Xinting will be the executive presidents, Shi Ping, Zhu Shaorong, Song Haibo, Wang Zhaoqiang, Wang Jingdong, Sun Yifeng, Xu Huili, Zhang Guohua, Miao Yongjun, Guo Lei, Xu Jianxin, Han Tao, Dong Tongyi will be the vice presidents.

  This meeting also negotiated the time, place, invited guests and other affairs of the first Laboratory Medicine and Blood Transfusion Industry Expert Forum. It decided that this forum would be hold before the beginning of The 11th China Clinical Laboratory Provider and Blood Transfusion Equipment Expo. The specific place depends on the hosting city of the expo, it will be chosen another day. The forum guests will be composed of industry professionals, elites and distributors. For the success of the forum, the number of the people will be limited from 300 to 500. (The association had 400 memberships including 248 manufacturers, 83 agencies, 69 directors of the hospital clinical laboratory. There are 242 memberships have paid the dues for 2 years.)  When negotiated the subject and the organizational form of the first forum, every leader opened their minds and gave their opinions, brought up a series of constructive advises. Finally, they got a agreement. The first Laboratory Medicine and Blood Transfusion Industry Expert Forum's subjects will be The Connection between Macro Policy And the Development of The Industry, The Analysis of The Annual Industry Information, Making New Business Model, Pre-control the Operating Risk of the Enterprise, Publishing New Advancing Product. President Zhu Yaoyi would draft them. In the aspect of the organizational form, all the leaders regarded free online registration as the good way to publicity and promotion and they will publish the white book about the industry situation and related data of the previous year during the expo from the first forum.

  The meeting also entrusted vice chairman Lian Xinting and vice secretary general Luo Yiming to draft the selection methods of the best production and management enterprise group, the best production and management person and they will select the best production enterprise, best management enterprise, best production person, best management person to award them at the forum. The meeting also negotiated other things.
