Thermo Fisher launches its clinical diagnosis OEM solution at  2015 CACLP Expo hosted by CACLP/CAIVD. Also brought to the event were clinical diagnostic reagents, automatic biochemical analysis instrument, clinical quality control, and particles. The products on show fully demonstrated the wide scope and strong capability of Thermo Fisher, which boasts over 40 years of IVD industry experience as well as flexible cooperation modes. The event attracted over 20,000 IVD trade visitors, who spoke highly of the quality.

The product launch was chosen to coincide with the CACLP Expo, a decision that leveraged the influence of the industry event to better serve growing IVD players in China for win-win results.

Thermo Fisher Global Business Development Manager Christopher Levis spoke at the innovative medicine forum during the event, providing an overview of the five clinical solution factories under Thermo Fisher: Hennigsdof, Germany; Vantaa, Finland; Middletown, US; Fremont, US; and Suzhou, China. He explained the different product lines, including automatic line, biochemical device, reagents, quality control, particles, lab consumables, etc. The products would satisfy various needs of customers, fully demonstrating the vision of Thermo Fisher - to make the world a healthier, safer, and cleaner place.

At the Thermo Fisher technical forum on 19 March, a sideline event, Christopher Levis gave a presentation about Clinical Diagnostics OEM & Contracting Manufacturing. Andrew Walzer talked about Immunoassay Overview：Understanding Particles for Immunoassays. The Thermo Fisher presentations attracted many IVD professionals, who actively participated in the Q&A session and interacted with the Thermo Fisher experts from the US.
