NOV 17，Shenzhen Kangmei Biotechnology Co., Ltd apply for list on the new OTC market. The details show’s Shenzhen Kangmei was established in Dec 29, 2007. Mr. Bi Shaohui, the chairman of Shenzhen Kangmei accounted 34.18% shares. He is the actual controller.

Shenzhen Kangmei’s main business is production, R&D and sales in-vitro diagnostic reagents and instruments. All the IVD reagents and instruments was managed by medical equipment. Now, the company has manufacturing shops and QCC in molecular diagnostic reagents, immune diagnostic reagent, Biochemical diagnostic reagents, diagnostic analysis instruments and so on.

The detail shows, the revenues for Shenzhen Kangmei in the first half of 2015, 2014 and 2013 are ￥51.79 million, ￥116 million and ￥108 million, the net profit are 4.78 million, 15.54 million and 19.24million.
