Chongqing, China ¨C The 21st edition of China Association of Clinical Laboratory Practice Expo (CACLP) and the 4th edition of China IVD Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) are scheduled to take place 16-18 March at Chongqing International Expo Center. The two tradeshows will be complemented by a diverse range of concurrent academic activities, starting on 15 March 2024.

As the world¡¯s largest in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) event approaches, we are thrilled to unveil several exciting developments that promise to make CACLP & CISCE 2024 truly expected.

A Global Convergence of the IVD Industry

The 2024 edition sees a notable increase in the participation of leading device companies from around the globe. Major IVD giants, such as Danaher Corporation and its 11 subsidiaries, as well as Roche and Abbott, will keep introducing the latest innovations to the industry.

Renowned international brands, including Intel, Bosch Advanced Ceramics, and Tosoh Bioscience, are among the first-time participants at CACLP & CISCE to showcase their latest technologies and developments to the flourishing Chinese healthcare market.

Local Chinese IVD companies, including Zybio, Mindray, YHLO, Maccura, Autobio, Wondfo and Snibe, who are asserting their growing influence on the global stage, are expected to captivate increased attention from both domestic and international visitors.

This collective assembly of over 1,200 industry players, mainstream and emerging forces, promises a global showcase for more innovations and, potentially, for more collaborative exchanges.

Strategic Partners

Joint Forces with IFCC

In a groundbreaking move, CACLP is thrilled to announce the inaugural strategic collaboration with the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (IFCC). This partnership will bring a series of online and in-person, academic and business activities, to foster better knowledge exchange and international collaboration in this field.

More interregional activities are scheduled for next March in Chongqing to re-enforce the strong commitment to provide an international platform for Chinese and global players in the IVD and laboratory medicine field.

Creation of distinct exhibition areas

For the first time, the CISCE exhibition will be divided into five zones for Supply Chain, Consumables, General Lab Equipments, Components, and Raw Materials in addition to the CACLP show, which shall mainly present the instruments and reagents as well as international areas. With the continuous growth of the show, we believe the new layout will create a more streamlined experience for visitors and help them find and explore more efficiently the diversified offerings onsite.

Conference space on the show floor will be available in the Chongqing venue allowing exhibitors to present their innovations through a variety of engaging events, and providing visitors with a comprehensive view of the showcased products and services.

Upgraded All-in-one CACLP App

The CACLP app in English is newly launched and poised to provide visitors with seamless access to essential information before and during the event. With features like exhibitor and product lists, floor plans, transportation, and accommodation details, as well as schedules for the tradeshow and its over 100 concurrent activities, the app serves as your comprehensive guide for maximizing your experience.

Visitor registration is now open on the app. Ensure you have all the essential information you need and personalize your expo journey before departure.

China¡¯s Visa-Free Policy for Key Countries

China started to offer visa-free access to visitors from France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Malaysia. Effective until 30 November 2024, this policy allows residents from the above six countries to stay in China for up to 15 days without a visa. Moreover, China's overseas embassies and consulates announced a 25% cut of visa fees untill 31 December 2024.

Thanks to these measures which greatly ease travel to China, we believe there will be a surge in in-person visitors from the entire industry chain, bringing forth their intentions for collaborations and fostering insightful exchanges.

From the optimized exhibition areas to the international collaborations and the facilitative visa policies, every facet is geared towards providing participants with an unparalleled experience at our events next year. It is also an important step to expanding our international footprint by offering high-quality platforms and services to worldwide IVD professionals. CACLP & CISCE 2024 extend a warm welcome to global leaders, innovators, and enthusiasts in the industry to make this edition a milestone in in-vitro diagnostic excellence.
