Roche Diagnostics Asia-Pacific instrument production base opened

 


On November 13, Roche Diagnostics Asia-Pacific instrument production base opened. The new base is located in Xinxing Bay Industrial Square in Suzhou Industrial Park. The localization manufacturing and testing of advanced diagnostic instruments and equipment such as automatic sample handling system and in vitro diagnostic analysis equipment will be carried out in the park, and the domestic overall solution of diagnostic automation will be realized.

 

 

Complete Genomics, the U.S. subsidiary of MGI, has a manufacturing base in the United States

 


On November 16, local time in the United States, Complete Genomics, a subsidiary of MGI, announced plans to invest $3.2 million to build a manufacturing base in SAN Jose, California, United States. At present, the construction of the manufacturing base has started and is expected to be completed and put into operation in March 2024. The completion of the manufacturing facility will further improve the U.S. supply chain, shorten product lead times, and more efficiently empower local users in the United States.

 

 

GE Healthcare reached strategic cooperation with Shenzhen Bay Laboratories and Shenzhen Academy of Medical Sciences


 


Recently, GE Healthcare signed an industry-university-research cooperation framework agreement with Shenzhen Bay Laboratory led by Professor Yan Ning and Shenzhen Academy of Medical Sciences to build a joint innovation base and practice base, in order to give full play to the advantages of all parties in talent and technology, promote the industrialization of "smart medical" innovation achievements, and help Shenzhen build "innovation, entrepreneurship and creativity city". Illumina takes a new step in localization in North China

 


On November 21, Illumina announced the relocation of its Beijing office to a new location and a new distribution center in Beijing. The newly upgraded Illumina North operating system will provide Chinese customers with more professional, high-quality and efficient services. As an important part of Illumina's local supply chain system, the new Beijing distribution center will support the storage and transportation of Illumina's full range of products, and work with the Shanghai distribution Center to serve customers across the country.
