On February 20, Roche Group and Zhuhai People's Hospital Medical Group formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will jointly explore the construction of a full-course management system for liver cancer, promote the construction and iteration of precision medical diagnosis solutions, and contribute to the comprehensive improvement of medical and health services in Zhuhai, Guangdong.

In this strategic cooperation, the two parties will not only continue to promote the construction of a full-course management system for liver cancer, but also put the implementation of precision medical diagnosis solutions on the agenda. The two parties will rely on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's first-test policy to accelerate the implementation and iteration of advanced diagnostic solutions, and jointly carry out multi-subdisciplinary cooperation and construction including professional diagnosis, molecular diagnosis, pathological diagnosis, point of care, clinical laboratory, microbiology, etc., to promote the development of individualized precision medicine.

The cooperation will also be carried out in the construction of high-quality disciplines and refined management of hospitals. The two parties will jointly build a high-quality forum for hospitals in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to promote academic exchanges among multidisciplinary teams for standardized diagnosis and treatment of tumors. 

In addition, the two parties will also jointly explore a cooperation model on commercial insurance medical ecosystem to increase the rate of early detection of liver cancer, reduce the financial burden of liver cancer diagnosis and treatment, and benefit more patients.
