On February 6, Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. and China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony in the headquarter of Mindray in Shenzhen.

Founded in 1966, as the carrier of the strategic development of Sinopharm's medical device sector, under the leadership of Sinopharm and Sinopharm Group, CDMC has earned an operating income of CNY 72.4 billion yuan in 2021 and owns more than 380 subsidiaries with covering medical device research and development, manufacturing, distribution, service and other fields.
