Vazyme Biotech and Henan Medical Biological Testing Company signed a cooperation agreement

On September 1, Nanjing Vazyme Biotech Co.,Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Henan Medical Biological Testing Company. The relevant leaders of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Henan Provincial Government, the Provincial Health Commission, and the Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention attended the signing ceremony.

Henan Medical Biological Testing Co., Ltd. is the first provincial-level state-owned holding medical biological testing institution in China. It was established in April 2022. Since the establishment of the company, it has quickly undertaken nucleic acid testing tasks in Henan Province and its brother provinces and cities. Up to now, about 3 million tubes of nucleic acid tests have been completed, with about 45 million test personnel, and the nucleic acid sampling cabin project in Zhengzhou Airport Area has been undertaken.

At the signing ceremony, Zhang Erwei, deputy director of the Property Rights Management Office of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Henan Provincial Government, said that the signing of the two parties is not only of strategic significance for the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, but also for Henan Province to optimize the state-owned economic layout and build a whole biotechnology industry chain.

In the future, the two parties will work together to continue to make breakthroughs and innovations, strengthen basic research in the field of life sciences.
