The Third-party Assessments is a great innovation for the Gov. management style. Prime Minister Li Keqiang emphasized several times that government work is not playing monodrama, its work should be assessed solo by the third-partyjudicially, in order to propel the implementation of various policies by State Council, the Gov. has to invite the society and people come to judge. The Assessment should in accordance with the vital tasks arranged by the “Government Work Report” and the current economic social developing trend carrying out the streamline administration and institute decentralization, release and control combination, optimization services, propelling to start the public business, multitude innovation, adding public products and public service supplying, finance supports real economy,fully supporting small micro enterprises development as well as fulfilling Yangtze River Economic Zone strategy, supporting and overcoming the poverty accurately, etc. The key point is getting through the independent third-party to listen attentively from enterprise and people assessing the real condition of implementation objectively, and judging whether the policy researched to the expected effect, except that if people can earn the benefit from it, if the policy measure and momentum of reform needs to be improved, correcting the course constantly to make people feltsatisfying, using the practical action to push the policy and ensuring to complete the whole year economic and social development target.
