Professor Pan Baishen

Director of Clinical Laboratory of Fudan University Zhongshan Hospital

Director of Chinese Society of Laboratory Medicine

Graduated from school of medicine in Shanghai Medical University in December, 1982, Mr. Pan started to work as a resident doctor in Zhongshan Hospital. From 1990 to 1995, he was studying in Georgetown University Medical Center as Post-Doctor and visiting scholar and doing research work in NIH. Returned to China in 1996, he is now working in Fudan University Zhongshan Hospital as director of clinical laboratory and he is also director of Chinese Society of Laboratory Medicine.

Professor Xu Yingchun

Director of Clinical Laboratory of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Ph.D. supervisor

Xu Yingchun graduated from Jilin Medical University in June 1989 and then he was assigned to work in Peking Union Medical College Hospital clinical laboratory till now. During his career, he received further study and training in first class teaching hospitals such as Queen Mary Hospital, Prince of Wales Hospital, Harvard University medical school and Beth Israel Deaconess medical center. Now he is teaching undergraduates and postgraduates in Peking Union Medical College. His major research direction is laboratory diagnosis of clinical pathogens and drug resistance mechanisms and molecular epidemiology.

He has edited 20 books, published over 200 papers and has over 20 SCI papers.

Director Zhu Yongfeng

Director of Performance Supervision of System Reform Department in the State Planning Commission of the State Council (Medical Reform Office of the State Council)

He was sent to National Health and Family Planning Commission on secondment from Anhui Development and Reform Commission and was appointed as deputy director of policy group, mainly doing research, draft and promotion work for China medical reform.

Now he is director of Performance Supervision of System Reform Department in the State Planning Commission of the State Council, mainly doning supervision and performance evaluation work for the implementation of China medical reform.

Ye Suqin

Madam Suqin Ye is the partner，vice-general manager，head of Beijing office of Shanghai Realize Investment Consulting Co.,Ltd. She has been working on the share ownership encouragement (SOE) and corporate governance since 2008.

The SOE projects of Accelink Technologies, Inspur Electronic Information, Inspur Software, Changfeng Smart Card, Originwater Technology, Leshi Internet Information & Technology, Toread Holdings Group, Huayi Brothers Media and many other listed and unlisted companies were directed and completed by Ms. Ye.  And she has operated about 50 SOE consulting projects directly with her team.  

Ms. Ye participated in the SOE research projects which were held by the Allocation Office of State Asset Regulatory Commission, listed Companies Supervision Department of China Securities Regulatory Commission, State Asset Regulatory Commission of Jiangxi Province, Donghu Economic-Technological Development Area of Wuhan and other organizations.
