The First Affiliated (Nansha) Hospital of Sun Yat Sen University
Located in Hengli Island, the total construction area of Zhongshan Hospital is 506,010©O, 1,500 beds are set, and the total construction investment is 4.823 billion yuan.
At present, the installation of electromechanical pipelines and equipment is coming to an end, and terminal installation and system commissioning are under way. 80% of the indoor fine decoration has been completed, and large medical equipment is gradually entering the site for coordination and installation, which is expected to be delivered by the end of the year.

Wuhan Tongji Aerospace City Hospital
Located in the core area of the national aerospace industry base, with a total investment of 2.43 billion CNY, Wuhan Tongji Aerospace City hospital is the first "combination of peace and epidemic" top hospital in Xinzhou district. With total construction area of 207,000 square meters and 1,000 designed beds. It is reported that the construction project of the hospital has been capped and the internal decoration is coming to an end. After the personnel training is completed, it is expected to open early next year.
Wuhan Changfu Hospital
Wuhan Changfu Hospital has a total construction area of about 220,000 square meters with a total investment of 2.5 billion CNY and 1,000 beds. According to the principle of combining peacetime and wartime, 100 beds are set in the infectious disease building and 900 ordinary beds are reserved for transformation into an infectious ward.
Wuhan Yun Jingshan Hospital
Wuhan Yunjingshan Hospital has a total construction area of 252,000 square meters and 1,000 designed beds. In case of major public health emergencies, it can be quickly transformed into an infectious disease hospital with 1,000 beds, and 100 ICU beds. The negative pressure ward mode is adopted to strictly control the unidirectional flow of air from clean area, polluted area and semi polluted area according to different pressure gradients. At present, the construction of the hospital has been completed. In November, the hospital also launched the second batch of procurement bidding for office furniture and medical furniture with a budget of 23.96 million. Visually, there will be a large number of medical equipment procurement projects in the follow-up.
3£® Sichuan
Huaxi Tianfu Hospital of Sichuan University
The total investment of Huaxi Tianfu hospital is about 4 billion yuan, with a total construction area of about 261,000 square meters, 1,200 beds, 66 operating rooms and 2,000 parking spaces. The daily outpatient volume is expected to exceed 5,000 person times, and the annual diagnosis and treatment volume is expected to reach 2 million person times. On October 13, 2021, Huaxi Tianfu Hospital of Sichuan University was officially operating.
4£®Nanjing
Nanjing Drum Tower International Hospital
Recently, relevant departments issued the phase II environmental impact report of Jiangbei branch of Drum Tower Hospital, which is expected to be put into use in December 2023. Phase I has been officially completed in March 2019. Phase II project covers a total area of 77,079 ©O, including 62,724.15©O of actual construction area, 14,354.85©O of reserved land area, and a total construction area of about 170,000©O, including 17 floors above the ground, one floor underground, 115,000©O of aboveground construction area and 55,000©O of underground construction area. The total investment of the project has reached 2 billion, with 18 floors. 1,400 medical and nursing personnel are added to the first phase of the project. It is expected to be put into operation in December 2023.
5£®Qingdao
Qingdao Hospital Affiliated To Tsing Hua University
The project covers a total construction area of 420,000 square meters and a total investment of 4.5 billion CNY. It will innovatively adopt the operation and management mode of "one site and two hospitals", build a 1,200 bed top public hospital and a 600 bed International Hospital, and build a national regional medical center.
6£®Shenzhen
Shenzhen Xinhua Hospital
Shenzhen Xinhua hospital covers an area of 57,000 square meters, with a construction area of 509,000 square meters, 2,500 planned beds and a total investment of 4.3 billion CNY. It is expected to be completed in September 2023. At that time, it will become a first-class comprehensive hospital and regional medical research center in China.
The Second Children` s Hospital in Shenzhen
Covering an area of about 40,000 square meters, the construction area of Shenzhen Second Children's Hospital is about 310,000 square meters, 1,500 open beds, a total investment of 2.6 billion CNY. The plot ratio is 5.06 with 35% of greening rate, which will be completed in 2023. The project is a key medical and health project in the 13th Five-year-plan of Shenzhen.
